We have been making leathergoods for many years and would be pleased to quote for a range of items. Some areas of capacity are listed below.
1. Cutting of components by press knife
If you have a lot of identical parts to cut we can have a knife made to
your design and use a press to cut as many as you need. If the part you need
is fairly common we might even have a suitable knife in our own collection
we could use.
2. Metal foil embossing
A plate is first made to your artwork and then used to lightly emboss
a metal foil onto a variety of goods from bookmarks to bag labels.
3. Machine Embossing of Belts
We can use engraved cylinders to machine roll patterns onto straps. This
can be one of our own patterns or one made to your own design.
4. Belts and straps
We have the capacity to manufacture straps and belts in a variety of qualities
and prices.
5. Props for theatres and museums
Our large range of miscellaneous materials and fittings enables us to
create items to all sorts of unusual specifications.
6. Casemaking
We have over the years made cases for everything from flutes to computers.
7. Workwear
We will be happy to quote for industrial items such as aprons, nail pouches,
frogs for spanners levels, tapes.
