Delivery Times We expect to send your parcel within 7 working days of receiving your order. We try to be faster but it is not always possible and at busy times can be longer.

approximate number of square feet you would like. You will be charged for
the actual size of the hide once it has been selected. Please do not e-mail
your card details as it is not secure.
To order by e-mail:

with details of your name, address, phone number and order. Please note that
WE DO NOT HAVE A SECURE SITE for sending credit/debit card numbers. We would
suggest that you give us your card number by telephone or mail.
To order by Post:

form then print it. Fill in the details and send it with your payment to Le
Prevo, Dept W1, 1 Charlotte Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4XF. Payment
can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque (made payable to Le Prevo)
or postal order.
To order by FAX:

Please do not order by telephone:
Verbal orders lead to errors and it slows down your delivery time. There is
always a queue of orders and talking on the phone stops us from processing
those orders and getting to yours.
We will always be happy to answer your queries but please help us to help
you by placing your order by mail, fax or e-mail.
Please note, we have a minimum goods order value of £10 i.e. not including carriage and VAT. Orders will not be accepted below this value.

carriage and VAT. Orders will not be accepted below this value.
We are unable to post to P.O Boxes outside of the UK as our postal service
does not accept them.

Telegraphic Transfer (directly into our bank account) or
International Money Order (in Sterling drawn on a British bank) or
credit/debit card (sending your number by fax or mail).
